Increasing the reach of a great reasturant that’s tucked away
A Mr&Mrs Smith hotel - Arch London is a luxury lifestyle hotel just a couple of minutes from Marble Arch. We were briefed to look at their restaurant offering and related collateral.
The restaurant is named HUNter 486 after the 1950’s district dialling code for Marylebone and wanted to place itself as a destination in its own right rather than a restaurant in a (rather lovely) hotel. The logo and naming had been previously created and our solution was to reference this within the designs of our collateral.
Introducing 1950’s handwriting referenced the heritage in the name. In homage to the telephone line a pallet of single line, hand drawn illustrations were created. The combined effect produced a menu that reflected the decadent surroundings the restaurant provides.
The branding was carried across all restaurant touch points from room service to comment cards, all printed on a soft cream stock.
Flexible and elegant, the continuous line drawings are adapted to fit each printed item, from a subtle sectioning off of areas to being a design feature.
